There is a fun little concept I started using with my 7 year old son when we are running behind for school and it is truly a useful concept all around in so many aspects of life in general! I call it the Time Vacuum! Probably not an original nor a novel concept, but I’m sharing my take on it because it’s been utterly life changing for me in a very short span of time! Now there are beliefs that I have that I cannot yet explain, partly because I have not used them enough to have justification to teach them and partly because there are scientific concepts that coincide with the ideas that I have not yet learned about, though I’m dying to do so and slowly working on all of it! The list of things I want to learn about is legit 5 million fucking miles long and growing. It’s becoming as infinite as my spirit and that makes complete sense when you really think about it! We are infinite beings, so how could we not be infinitely thirsty for more knowledge and ideas for our infinitely spongy minds!!?
So how the idea of the Time Vacuum works with my son is all mindset. He is a creature that enjoys mind games so I must fuck with his mind at times to get optimal results in his behavior! Sometimes it is fun, other times it’s very cumbersome. This particular idea tends to be pretty fun! I tell him when he wakes up with a bad attitude and is very defiant and not cooperating that he turns on the Time Vacuum. It gets his attention, but sometimes I have to reiterate MANY times. Bear in mind, redundant repetition is not an uncommon concept when dealing with kids. So as the morning progresses and he’s getting ready, I’ll say things like, “ok you’re hitting the power button on the Time Vacuum and making it stronger! It’s sucking more time away! You better shape up and turn it back down!” It really gets him motivated to get moving! Much more readily than threats of grounding him, taking things away, pinches or spankings! Works like a charm! What really works is when I point out days where the Time Vacuum won and he was late to school (which he HATES). He is able to put two and two together and realize that it is truly a thing and that it does affect his life!
Now I will discuss the idea of the Time Vacuum and how it works respectively for me! Going back to my mention of stuff I don’t know a lot about yet, but want to learn more about, there is the concept of Time Dilation within Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. It basically states that time is relative and not fixed. In terms of science and quantum theory and whatnot, that idea can make more sense and it can be proven with experiments and scientific method, but in our everyday lives, it’s not for the mind to understand. My use of this has to do with quantum leaping essentially! For me in a spiritual sense, I am becoming pretty awesome at quantum leaping. I know when I’m doing it because I feel a deep sense of peace and relaxation regardless of what I’m doing or where I am. I leap to other dimensions. For me I feel it’s mainly the 5th dimension which is a nice place to be and very calm and peaceful and serene. On Earth we are in the 3rd dimension and that is where most people’s realities reside. We’ll discuss the 4th dimension later because it needs its own separate blog post!
Anyhoo… Upon a cosmic spiritual awakening, you become aware that there is much beyond the 3rd dimension and eventually (with a lot of work on self and healing of self, spirit, mind and body) the awarenesses expand and abilities to look beyond the 3rd dimension start to open up. I have had experiences where I was in such a peaceful state that it felt like time STOPPED! I remember looking at the time showing on a song playing on my car stereo, feeling in a state beyond peaceful at that moment, and I could swear the time bar said 1:11 (1 minute and 11 seconds) for at least 3 seconds and it was really trippy. At that moment I decided, why question it? What reason do I have to question it and what does it matter whether it’s true for anyone else or not? So, I accepted that moment and stayed in my place of peace! Of course, some dark corners of my subconscious took over and that moment passed. That’s part of being human and a pretty essential part, because if that state stayed in place, I could not continue the 3D (3rd dimension) reality that I am deeply rooted in here on Earth as Sharett! And I’m totally digging being Sharett these days! Life is good!
ALL of that being said… I decided that based on my mind bending time periodically, I needed to change my mind set on how I looked at time. So often as humans we declare, “I do not have time for…” fill in the blank with any number of ideas. We all say it daily! That declaration is heard and then upheld by Source/God/Universe and as like attracts like, it is returned to you in the form of never having enough fucking time for anything! So, I am working diligently to take my own personal bad habit with that particular phrase and replace it with “That is not my priority” instead. Example… I would replace, "I don't have time for drama..." with, "drama is not a priority in my life!" It gives a different and more peaceful vibe, in my humble opinion! I’m not gonna lie, it’s kind of been a lot of fucking work to institute in my life! But the retraining of the brain in any way, is always a process! It’s a faster process if preceded by a DECISION to make a change! But that’s another concept for a separate blog entry!
In conclusion, fuck time! Why should we worry so much about it! If you believe you have enough, you’ll have enough! The mindset of scarcity can trickle over into many areas of our lives and if we’d just wrap our hearts (because our brains legit fucking can’t) around the idea that time is bendy and totally relative, we’d all fall much more easily into alignment in many ways! All a work in progress and ideas to chew on for you as well as for me! Seed planted! BOOM! *Drops mic*
